It’s all about the detailing of texture here with this fellow’s ensemble. The quilting on his leather jacket, the lining at the knees of his motocross pants and even the netting on his cap are a great way to get playful without overstating or being loud with patterns or prints. His outfit is all black, but with all that texture it saves it from being bland. Digging the white Converse kicks and Gucci belt as well.

Black and Slick

Upper West Side
Broadway and 62nd St.

I found this European gentleman shopping on the Upper west side with his girlfriend, speaking Italian. His Gucci belt was a nice nod to Italy. Yesterday I posted a picture of a guy in an all black and slicked hair ensemble which was an extreme and slightly formal look. This is a similar look, but more casual and broken up by jeans, a t-shirt and some white sneakers. The leather jacket has some nice detailing in the stitching on the side of the arm, the curved hem and the collar. His slick black hair is a good match to the jacket.
